While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee that Ticketer Bot will be available 100% of the time. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Defaults Bot Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of Ticketer Bot.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Ticketer Bot at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may also terminate your use of our services at any time by removing the Bot from your Discord servers.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on our website and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Ticketer Bot after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Defaults Bot Development operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
